This book is an adaptation of "We all Looked Up" by Tommy Wallach

This is Peter. Peter is the school's star athlete. He is stereotyped as a dumb jock.

This is Eliza. Eliza is stereotyped as too friendly. People think she lets others take advantage of her.

This is Anita. Anita is stereotyped as an overachiever. She spends all her time focusing on school and never has fun.

This is Andy. Andy is stereotyped as a slacker. He never shows up to school and doesn't take care of himself.

Peter, Eliza, Anita, and Andy all go to the same school, but they aren't friends. They stick to the stereotypes they're given, because they think it's easier that way.

Suddenly, news of a giant meteor is headed straight for their town!

With the little time they have left, Peter, Anita, Andy, and Eliza decide to all hang out just for fun.

After they hang out, they realize that they really like each other. They are surprised by this, because normally they never would have wanted to be caught dead with each other.

As they get closer as friends, they open up to each other about their lives. They discover they are all unhappy because they feel like they have to stick to the stereotypes they are given.
