We dedicate this book to all people who want to know the truth about Christopher Columbus!

In 1492, Christopher Columbus left from the port of Palos De La Frontera, Spain to discover new lands.
He traveled with three ships. The Santa Maria, the Pinta, and the Nina.

The easterly trade winds carried Columbus' fleet for five weeks to the San Salvador Islands, now known as the Bahamas.
"Welcome to our island. How far did you travel to get here?" the people asked Columbus.
Columbus declared, "We traveled 6,488 km, which converts to 4,023 miles."
Columbus left the island soon after his arrival. He left 40 of his men and took 5 or 6 natives with him on his voyage.
For a few months after, Columbus traveled from island to island, which is now known as the Caribbean, looking for pearls, gold, silver, and spices. He did not find much
and decided to return to Spain.
