Between the cold and hot is Ginnungagap, a place with frozen rivers in summer temperate. The ice in Ginnungagap started to melt because of the heat and, the frost giant Ymir was created.

In Ginnungagap there was a cow that would feed Ymir. The cow, Audumla, fed off of salty ice block that froze Buri.

The sons of Buri, Odin, Vili and, Ve along with Ymir helped create the world. After creating the world, Ymir went on to do better things and disappeared.

One day walking, Odin, Vili, and Ve found two trees, an ash and an elm, that had fallen and their roots were out of the ground. They decided to make a man and a woman out of the tree

Each brother gave Ask and Embla something, Odin gave them life, Vili gave them hearts, and Ve gave them sight and hearing.

I'm Embla and this is Ask .

Narvi was a giant in Jotunheim, he has a daughter, Night. Night was married and had three children.

I'm Night. These are my children Aud, Earth, and Day.

Night and her son day got on chariots, that Odin put them in. Night's horse is Hrimfaxi; Day's horse is Skinfaxi. They ride around the world every two and a half days.
