Healthier school lunches for everyone! Let's lead a better lifestyle!

Meet Conrad Devlin! He's protesting in front of City Hall for healthier school lunches.

This is officer Travis and he is not happy about Conrad protesting.
You can't protest here- or anywhere! It's against the law, and frankly I don't like it. It's causing a disturbance!

Conrad quickly shut him down with the first amendment- everyone had the freedom of speech, religion, petition, protest, and assembly.
Actually, according to 1st Amendment in the Bill of Rights, I have the freedom to protest. Therefore, you can not stop me!

Fine! just this once.
The Officer was a little cross with Conrad but decided to let him have his right to the 1st Amendment.

Better run home quick! I think that officer is following me.
Conrad sees Officer Travis following him and quickly runs home.

Hello, Officer! What seems to be the problem?
An hour later, Officer Travis knocks on the door. Conrad´s mother, Patsy, opens the door.

Are you Conrads mother because i saw him in the city today and he was protesting which is apparently not illegal. I would like to search your house because he was being a disturbance.

Officer Travis tells Mrs. Devlin that he is here to search their house, although not for a good reason.

No you are not allowed to do that officer due to the fourth Admendment. No illegal searches and seizures and they are only legal if its for a good reason and yours is not.
