Once upon a time, there were three dogs playing in the park.

They were all having a blast.

A kitten thought that looked fun, and wanted to join.

"Hey, can I join?"

The dogs didn't like the idea of a cat playing with them, so they refused.

"No, go away."

The cat felt sad, and walked away.

The dogs continued to play by themselves as the cat walked home.

"Greetings, my child"

"Hi mom"

"How was your day, my child?"

"It was horrible, the dogs at the park wouldn't let me play with them, they said it was because I'm a cat."

"They were discriminating."

"They were what?"

"Its when they don't let you do something because of how you look or who you are."

"That's kind of rude."

"Yes, and it is important for anyone that is being discriminated to bring attention to it so it can be stopped."

"So I should talk to the dogs and make them stop?"
