Once there was a boy named Henry. He was determined to be as healthy as he could so that he could live a long and fulfilling life. He loved his Health and P.E. classes and school. He was interested to learn more. So, he set out on a mission to learn from those around him to find out what it meant to be healthy.

Henry decided to ask his from Ryan what it meant to be healthy. Ryan said "To exercise is what it means to be healthy. I like to run, jump, play games outside, and hike with my family".

Henry just learned from Ryan that physical fitness is very important to living a healthy lifestyle. This can be done in many different forms. You could be playing a game outside with your friends or taking a friendly walk with your family. To get your body moving and being active is a great way to be physically healthy.

Henry then asked Jessie what it meant to be healthy. Jessie said that "being healthy means we need to give our body the right foods and the right amount of food. Food is like fuel for our body; if we put bad food in, we don't function as well".
