Darla the pegasus lived in a magical land filled 

with mountains and rainbows and beautiful 

flowers. She loved galloping and soaring over her 

beautiful land. 

Darla loved to fly to the edge of her kingdom 

above the great sea.

And she loved to gallop through the tall trees in 

the forest. 

Darla also enjoyed spending time with her animal 

friends in her beautiful land. She was friends with 

all of the creatures. She was friends with Frank 

the frog and Ricky the rabbit. 

She was even friends with Walter the wolf, who 

many creatures were scared of. 

There was one creature, however, that Darla was 

not friends with. Dave the dragon was not very 

friendly to anyone in the land. He seemed angry, 

never said hello, and would scare the creatures off 

with his hot and fiery breath. Dave did not have 

any friends. He had a bad attitude.
