Hello! My name is Isabella Williams and I was diagnosed with asthma.

One day my mom noticed that I was coughing and wheezing.

I think we should get you to the doctor! We can just make sure nothing is wrong.
The next day, we went to the doctor's office.

At first I was scared to go to the doctor,

I thought he might poke me or something.
So I just got closer to my mom.

After awhile it wasn't as scary.

Can you cough for me please?
*Cough*

The doctor asked me lots of questions.
Do you ever feel out of breath faster than the other kids?

Yes.

Do you ever have pain or tightness in your chest?
Yes, I do.

Does asthma run in your family?
Yes it does, I actually have it.
