Once upon a time, two English teachers met on a digital learning program. They realized that they have a good energy so they wanted to do something together. They thought for a while... and then they found a great platform called eTwinning. They wrote a project and started to find more colleagues to work with.

They were very excited and impatient to meet new friends to work together in the project.So they wrote about the project in social media eTwinning pages. Then enthusiastic eTwinning teachers wanted to learn more and more about the project. And now they were 20 teachers from 14 different schools including partners from Italy and Romania ,too.

Serap teacher and her students from Şehit Süleyman Sorkut Anatolian High School were excited to meet ''This is me''.They made new friends.They started to use Web 2.0 tools.They described themselves talking about their hobbies and their dream jobs by choosing a character and making it speak via Voki.The more they tried,the more they learned.Experiencing new things and cooperating pleased them .Now they are members of a big team.
When Nagihan teacher saw that announcement of This Is Me project, she wrote to Hilal teacher and asked her students if they wanted to be eTwinners. The story which started for her like that ended up being a member of a lovely eTwinning family who have always been kind, patient and eager to help each other besides helping her and her students learn many tools and improve themselves.

At this time Nilay and her lovely students from Eskişehir joined This is me project group and it was time to introduce herself as a teacher in this precious eTwinning project . She began sharing information about herself and personal details also she was so excited about learning what an avatar was? She discovered that it was an image like a character that represents her online identity so she discovered how to create her avatar immediately and she learnt that it was so easy and enjoyable .After this she waited to see her colleagues' avatars curiously .

Fascinated by the project, Tuğrulbey Anatolian High School eTwinning students started to introduce themselves using avatars. They met lots of new friends from 14 different schools which made them feel excited and enthusiastic about the project. They wrote about their hobbies, phobias, families, their fovourite colour, number, food, school subject, movie, song and quotes. The promising eTwinning students were eager to use new tools and discover new cultures through this wonderful platform...
