Once upon a time there lived a teacher named Miss Love in the land of Knowledge. She had a very large class and did not know what to do. During the lecture the children seemed uninterested and unengaged. Some of the children completed their homework and school work. The teacher thought that lectures, worksheets, storytelling, tests and homework in the early years would work in these days. The children in these days do not act like the children in the 1970s.The teacher looked puzzle and upset.

One day the teacher went to a workshop about flipped classroom and project base learning. So, she decided to go back to the University of Memphis to learn about technology. The university had a class called Technology in Education. Miss Love enrolled in that class. The class worked on many different kinds of project

Miss Love learned about the many different types of apps and websites for audio and video. Some will be used in class so students can hear themselves read aloud and make videos.

She used to think that reviewing for a test by asking questions orally while a few students only answer. But now Miss Love uses a game to review for a test. She will know where each student needs help plus the students will be more engaged.

Miss Love used to think that students need to know how to use a computer, iPad, and cell phone without safety. But now she thinks students need to watch the video on Digital Citizenship, Online Safety, and Cyberbullying before they use technology in class.

Miss Love thought the only way to figure percentages, averages, and graphs was using a calculator. She uses a tool now that will do percentages, graphs, averages after she enters the students names and grades.
