What do those two categories include?

The immune system is divided into two categories. One is non-specific defense and the other is specific defense.

In non-specific defense, the body has defenses that deal with every foreign invader in the same way. This includes your skin, nose hair, mucus, and stomach acid. Other examples are when you get a fever and inflammation.

That makes sense, what about specific defense?
