Final Project

Hi! I'm Antoine Lavoisier, and I discovered the Law of Conservation of Mass.
The Law of Conservation of Mass means that the mass of matter must not change over time, so nothing can be added or taken away.

I'm going to discuss the different types of chemical reactions, but first it's important to know how the Law of Conservation of Mass relates to that.
The Law of Conservation of Mass applies to chemical reactions because the law states that the mass of the products in a chemical reaction must equal the mass of the reactants which balances chemical equations.

The first chemical reaction is Synthesis reaction. In this reaction two or more substances combine to form a single new substance.

Decomposition is a reaction where the compound breaks down into two or more simpler substances.
