İSKİ also reduced the tariff in order to encourage the use of recycled water. İSKİ, which realized a 62% discount, is now priced at 34 kurus for recycled water, which was priced from 91 kurus per cubic meter in 2015.

Recycled water obtained from wastewater treatment plants; It can be used in municipalities, cleaning vehicles, industrial sites, green areas, parks and gardens, facilities and airports on the European and Anatolian sides.

Thanks to the reuse of recycled water, the burden of the dam reserves is partially reduced, so that Istanbul's water reserves can be used more efficiently for drinking and utility water.
