Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength. Play is important for healthy brain development.

Eating meals together as a family strengthens your relationship, improves self-esteem, and allows parents to set an example of healthy eating and polite table manners.
