Nina Nautilus and Nathaniel Norbert Narwhal are neighbors. 

They enjoy swimming and making new friends.

One day Nathaniel asked Nina, "Would you like to take a trip up north?"

Nina said, "That sounds like a nifty idea. Let's go!"

The next morning they started on their journey northward. Nathaniel had a surprise for Nina.

They were going to travel north to see the Northern Lights!!!

On their way, Nathaniel and Nina met Ms. Nyla Porpoise and her daughter Natasha. 

"Where are you going?" asked Nyla.

"To see the Northern Lights," bubbled Nathaniel.

"Have a nice trip. I hear those lights are beautiful," said Natasha.

Nina and Nathaniel kept swimming north on their journey.

They were having a wonderful time.

"Look, Nina," marveled Nathaniel," jellyfish. Aren't they beautiful!"

"Yes, they are," smiled Nina.

"Oh no!" exclaimed Nina, "that ship is a little scary. Do you see those eyes?"

"Yes, let's swim faster!" yelled Nathaniel.
