What you should be eating is easy to do, really. half of your plate needs to be full of fruits and vegetables. Next you should have grains, which is bread, or things like that, and then you have protein. Protein is like meat like cow, chicken, ham, and you can also use eggs as protein.

It's okay to eat sweets sometimes, but we shouldn't be eating them all the time. Sweets are things like chocolate, pizza, soda, fast food, and things like that. They're not good for you, and can often make you sick if you have too many of them.

It's easy to find fruits to eat, but think about allergies too! You can have strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, bananas, grapes, oranges, apples, anything. You have many options, don't be afraid to ask your parents other types of fruit you can have! I'm sure they have tons of ideas.

It's easy to find vegetables to eat too, but again, there can be allergies! You can eat things like carrots, spinach, lettuce, potatoes, eggplants, pumpkins, tomatoes, peas, chives, collard greens, and many other things! Again, you can ask your parents, I'm sure they know a lot of vegetables as well.

I have the hardest time with finding grains, personally. You have many different options. You have barley, rye, rice, brown rice, oat, farro, quinoa, broom-corn, and many types of bread.
