Feminism is a Social and Political movement that has been going on for many years. Longer than we believe! 

Women were not always treated how they are treated today, and the feminist movement has been able to progress  

Women were expected to marry and have kids and it was a social normality. and  Women were expected to stay at home and care for their husband and children which is not bad, but many women had the desire to do more

One of the most famous events in Feminist History is the Convention Senneca Falls where hundreds of women and men met in 1848 to issue the Declaration of Sentiments on behalf of women’s rights.
