Hi, my name is Tonatiuh and in Aztec it means sunshine, today I will be going to the museum of feminists to learn about some amazing Feminists.

In the first image we see Cleopatra, in her times where woman in across the sea were expected to stay at home, she was a QUEEN with the ability to have full power and rule her country all by herself.

The next Feminist is Queen Elizabeth I
Like Cleopatra she was also a feminist but in Europe, where she was expected to marry but she declined. She ruled her country with intelligence and power just like any other King would do.

The feminist next in line Susan B. Anthony
She was no royal queen, but she was the pioneer for women's rights in the United States. She fought for gender and social equality and was able to accomplish the goal of a womans right to vote.

The next Feminist is Frida Kahlo
She was and is a well-known artist in Mexico, she set her own standards, she did not care what people had to say about what was feminine or not, and at the time she would put on pants which was unheard of.

Next is Katherine Johnson
Her job as a mathematician at NASA was unheard of especially as a colored woman but as the superwoman she is, shee was also a wife and a mother at the same time and helped get the first man to the moon!

The next Feminist is Maya Angelou
She is an Icon of the Civil Rights Movement and spent a lifetime fighting for racial justice. She was a poet who gave many women inspiration knowing that someone like them is doing these amazing things.

Next is Ruth Bader Ginsberg
She was the daughter of immigrants and pursued her American Dream to go to a University and was one of nine women at Harvard Law School. While she was at Harvard, she was a wife and a mother and a pursuing lawyer. She was the second woman to sit as a Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States and supported women's rights from the court.
