I am a TAG (ELP) teacher at Hoover Middle School in Waterloo, IA. My former elementary students from Lowell Elementary in Waterloo, IA authored and created "Lowell Elementary School History". Their goal was to share fiction and historical fiction in this book. I enjoy seeing my students' talents shine like this!

This wonderful piece of literature has encapsulated true and mostly true stories of Lowell Elementary School in Waterloo, Iowa. It was painstakingly researched and written by TAG students. The school was razed this summer (2020) after the roof caved in from a massive snow fall the previous winter which made it unsafe. Enjoy!by Jake Bates
