Cara and Donny are 14 years old from San Francisco and are pretty new to the high school experience. The 2 of them wanted to find a way to fit in with the school they did the school paper together.

Donny and Cara watched the news every morning at 8 before all of their classes so they can find stories that fit the school paper. One day they came upon someone that has a story. The one and only Greta Thunberg. That was gonna be Donny and Cara's story.

In the news there was an ongoing issue with pollution and it looked to be not only dangerous but toxic so Donny and Cara stepped into action. Motivated for change and to make a story to be remembered.

  Greta's words inspired Donny and Cara to keep screaming until their voices are heard.  They began to protest day in and day out after school until it was pitch black outside. In school the 2 hung up flyers and made posters to hang anywhere they could.

Donny and Cara worked and protested until 2 people turned into 4,then 8,then 32,to the whole school protesting for change.

They sensed success in the distance when all their hard work payed off when they were given an opportunity to speak on America's #1 newscast America By Day about the ongoing issue pollution.

Their speech reads and I quote "Earth is a beautiful destination to reside in. It has a truckload of emotions whether its negative or positive. But god's green earth is hurting. Earth has went from a beautiful place to a beautiful place with no love. Ask the 7.7 billion who live here they'd probably tell the opposite because they don't know what's hurting if they're not. We have a handful of situations that are nothing but deadly and problematic.

In this world there's a lot of holes and cracks that need repair and that's because we don't change and destroy what pollution has brought upon us. If we want to live healthy we need to work together. Pollution has killed an average of 7 million people a year and you could be next. Science daily states that not only children could be seriously injured from pollution but it could also cause mental health issues. Lets come together and fight because death could be a consequence. I understand a lot of individuals here do not agree with my words but this is for you and your family's safety.

The world health organization states that over 7 million people on average die each year from pollution. Their organization's data reads that their data shows that 9 out of 10 people breathe air that exceeds WHO guideline limits containing high levels of pollutants, with low- and middle-income countries suffering from the highest exposures.

Lets do this and come together lets make our earth healthy and stronger than it has ever been.

There was on man against this and he goes by the name Frankie. He was screaming and yelling in the crowd trying to convince everyone that our words are bogus and were nothing but a sham. He was thrown out quickly and everyone cheered and from here things were only gonna get better. 

Over 50 million at home were watching including the one and only Greta Thunberg .From that day on Cara and Donny went on to be one of the most famous and successful U.S. Activists duos of all time. Remember everyone has a mouth you just need to make some noise until everyone can hear you out.
