This is Alexa. She has always feared that the people around her are judging and laughing at her, whether its been for little things such as for how she's walking or bigger things such as speaking in front of the class at school.

During the therapy session, the therapist asked Alexa to explain how she feels around other people. Alexa says she fears that people around her are always laughing and judging her. Which is the whole reason why she shy's away from everyone. 

Everyone laughs at me or judges me when I'm around. No matter where I'm at or what I'm doing. I'm always being watched by others. 

The therapist knew exactly why Alexa has been scared that others are laughing at her and judging her wherever she goes. It's because she has social phobia.

After the therapist diagnosed Alexa with social phobia, she recommended that she continues to see a therapist and asked her to take a special medication. 

Alexa, I recommend you continue to see a therapist and take this prescribed medication.

After the appointment, Alexa and her parents were happier knowing that they went to a therapist instead of ignoring it! Alexa can now even smile a little bit in public areas!

Although the special medication or the trips to the therapist won't work overnight, they are a step in the right direction for Alexa.
