The cause of down syndrome is an extra chromosome which creates differences in the children's facial structures and causes difficulties with movement .

 This doesn't stop them from leaping over hurdles caused by stereotypes and wrong information..

Jamie Bruwer became the first person with Down syndrome to win the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play.

This is Aiden he is 9 years old and he has autism spectrum disorder. 

 One of his favorite things to do is going to the zoo with his family and seeing his favorite animal, the Leopards. He likes leopards so much he named his cat Leo.

Autism Spectrum Disorder or ASD is caused by the brain and differences found within it.

People with ASD may have a hard time talking and interacting with others.

They also have different ways of learning, moving or paying attention that may not be the same way you learn.

People with ASD have gone on to do amazing things even before people knew what ASD was.

Joshua Beckford, is a child prodigy from London, who was the youngest person to ever be admitted to the prestigious Oxford University, at just 6-years-old. He has been widely recognized as one of the smartest kids on the planet.

 Dan Aykroyd is a comedian, singer, actor and screenwriter who was diagnosed with Autism in the 1980's. Dan Aykroyd says being on the spectrum helped him create  Ghostbusters. His wife helped him find out he had ASD by pushing him to go to the doctor.

This is Lena, she is 10 years old and she has ADHD.
