The kingdom is ruled by a wise king named King of Domain IV. It was a peaceful and prosperous time. The kingdom is famous for its crops: digital media, such as software, images, music, video, and many others.

However, there is a growing threat in the south of the land where the Earth people live.

The people of the Earth use the crop of the Domain Kingdom without their permission. This threat is growing and growing as there is no specific rule on how to ask for a permission.

The Hands of the King, Lord Wifi, and other members of the Virtual Council, brings the matter to the attention of the king.

Hail to the King!

"Your Majesty, the Earth people have been stealing our crops. We need to decide what to do with them." Says Lord Wifi

"What do you suggest?" The king asks

"What if we attack them using our newly-developed virus?" Says Lord Connection eagerly.

"So what do you suggest? Just let them be?"

"No! War is not the answer. Besides, using virus will also destroy our world." Lady Data disagrees with Lord Connection.

"There could be another way, another peaceful way. We need to create a regulation."

"I agree with Lady Data. We have abundance of crops. We just need to create some rules on sharing."

"Nah! I want to use my virus." Muttered Lord Connection.

"Alright! We're not going to war. Create the policy and report to me in a month's time."

"Thank you, Your Majesty!"
