Ingredients:
- Zucchini(1)
- Pumpkin(1)
- Carrot (1)
- Sweet potato(1)
- Tomato (1)
- Onion (1)
- Water (2 glasses)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoonful)
- Oil (3 tablespoonsful)
- Cumin(1/2 teaspoonful)
- Parsley (2 leaves)
- Cilantro(1/2 teaspoonful)
- Turmeric (1/2 teaspoonful)
Recipe Steps:
1. Cut all the vegetables and add them to a pot with water and salt.
2. Boil all the vegetables and add two tablespoons of oil, cumin, turmeric, parsley, and cilantro.
3. Blend everything with a blender and serve in a bowl.
Enjoy this delicious and nutritious vegetable soup!



Hake fish soup

Ingredients: 600g hake fish 1 onion 2 potatoes 2 carrots 3-4 cloves of garlic ground black pepper salt ground red pepper 1 egg a little olive oil
RECIPE STEPS The fish is boiled and after it is cooked, it is cleaned of bones. In a separate place, onions, garlic, potatoes and carrots are boiled. After the vegetables are cooked, they are blended in a blender. The cleaned fish is returned to the pot in the water in which it was boiled and the blended vegetables are also added. Put the spices and oil and let it boil for 15 minutes. Beat the egg in a separate place and slowly add the soup to the egg. add vinegar at the end and let it boil for another 5 minutes








RECIPE :
First , 1 cup of powder tarhana 1 and half cup of warm water and let it soften.Then,heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a deep saucepan.Next,add 2 gloves of crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.After that,add 1 teaspoon of salt,pepper ,paprika and 1 teaspoon of mint into the butter and mix.Add the tarhana you soaked in to butter which you fried with tomato paste ,garlic and spices.Finally, add the remaining 4 cups of water and mix it constantly with a whisk to make the soup thicken.
Serve the boiling soup without waiting.Enjoy your meel
Keep stirring the soup as it cooks so that the powder will dissolve completely.

-4 chicken breast
-6 potatoes
-spices to taste
-2 eggs
-corn flakes
-some oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Crash and Beat the eggs
-First,dip the chicken breasts into the beaten eggs then into the cornflakes
-Roast them in the oven until the breast brown
-Peel the potatoes and slice them .Let them fry in the oil until they get yellow color
