I dedicate this to cermit & paesh and the constitution which we are studying about.This is a story based on the blue book.It is in sequential order.You will learn not by characters but by the series of life on the constitutional convention.
It all started in 1786,at Annapolis,Maryland.There was a meeting held in order to talk about the trading problems , and only 5 states attended.But they plan on having a future meeting in Philadelphia.
The convention began in May 1787, and had finish in September of that year.More than 70 men were chosen as delegates by the states,but 55 attended in Philadelphia.
Then there was when James Madison made the Virginia Plan and had favored the large states and proposed two houses of Congress based on population.Williams Paterson made the New Jersey Plan which he proposed one house of Congress and all the states would be represented equally.They couldn't decide so they made the Great Compromise ,and it has two houses of Congress,each state would be represented by population,and for senate each state would be represented equally.
