Hello My name is Teresa, I am apart of the State Government and we have what are called reserved powers and these consist of conducting elections and providing public education as well as issuing drivers licenses.

My names Juan, and I am an intermediate worker, I work for both Federal and State Gov't and these consist concurrent powers, which means both gov'ts can create laws, borrow laws and collect taxes and many other things as well.

There are however things that neither the state or the federal government have the power to do and these are things called denied powers such as taxing exports, pass ex post facto laws, and others too.

Alright now what we all know this, we can take this into consideration when we go to vote or promote awareness for a particular conflict, and make sure that we are taking things to the appropriate level.
