Saylor, Holland, and Tia are super silly sisters who live in a spooky old mansion called Muffin Manor.

The big old house sits on top of a hill at the end of a winding path through Black Cherry Forest. Black Cherry Forest is extra

creepy at night!

I'm definitely the creepiest.

Holland and Tia are twins even though they were born in different years and different cities. Everyone thinks this is kind of strange, especially Saylor.

I don't see how you can stand coffee..

Everyone also thought it was kind of strange that the house was called 'Muffin Manor', including the sisters. It was a mystery

to the whole town.

The whole family loved to bake and eat muffins, and the cat was even named Mini-Muffin...but those were not the reasons the house was named what it was.

The sisters decided one day they were going to unlock the mystery!

Saylor thought it would be a good idea to start in the attic, even though she hates spiders and that's

where they live.

Tia and Holland have always been scared of the big dark attic...

Come on you chicken nuggets! There are no ghosts up there! 

The girls searched each dark and spooky room looking for clues that would tell them more about the 'Muffin Manor'.

So far, nothing...

"Wait!" yelled Tia. "Maybe the secrets are in this old treasure chest!"

Tia was right!

After the girls got done throwing everything out of the chest, they discovered a pile of evidence revealing the mystery

of Muffin Manor!

I haven't seen that junk in a long time..

According to the old photos and newspaper articles the girls found in the attic, the reason the house was named 'Muffin Manor' was because long ago, a sweet old lady worked for the owners as a cook.

She lived in a nearby cottage and baked delicious muffins, cupcakes, and cookies each day for the whole family.

The whole village knew what a great baker the little old lady was and tried to get her to open a bakery in town so they could have her goodies whenever

they wanted.

Everyone especially loved her muffins and even plotted how they might get her away from the owners of the manor.

Maybe we can kidnap her in the middle of the night..

Let's go try to bribe her..

Thankfully Cookie the Cat overheard their plots and told the little old lady before the villagers arrived.

She didn't want to work in town because she loved the manor and baking for the family. But she also wanted to make the villagers happy somehow.
