Now my brothers will tell you about an offeror and how it works

An offeror is someone making an offer to another person. The person who the offer is being made to is the offeree.

WOOF! WOOF! HURRY UP GUYS AND EXPLA....Oh never mind. The magic word i'm here to tell you about is Duress. Duress is the genuine consent of entering into a contract unless you are forced with a threat or physical violence.

Queen Victoria here and I'm willing to tell you about Acceptance... but under one condition. You must keep this between us and never tell anyone.

Acceptance is the offeree agrees with the offeror and enter into the contract.
