Long ago, United States of America and U.S.S.R. lived in harmony until the end of World War II. Ever since, the relationship between the U.S.A. and U.S.S.R. has been rough.

This fight went on and even when they weren't fighting over land or resources they were fighting on who was smarter and who could reach space first. This would go on to be known as the Space Race.

The space race started with the launch of the Sputnik satellite into space by the Soviet Union.

You can beat us to space but you won't beat us to the moon, Mr. Khrushchev

We have to get men on the moon , so Ms. Red start working on the production of spaceships.

We have to make sure we beat the U.S. We have an advantage because we have a satellite in space already.

This is a disaster. Hopefully, the second Sputnik reaching the moon is good enough to win the race
