There once was a boy named Noah, who loved playing basketball. But there was one problem. He was really bad at it. Noah didn't get one shot in last season and this really upset him.

Noah has an older cousin named Cody. Cody is 6ft 3 and is good at basketball. After the basketball season had ended Noah went to Cody and asked how he could get better like him.

Cody told Noah that to get better he would need to put in a lot of hard work. Noah said that he would do whatever it takes to get better. Noah was nervous and excited at the same time about all the hard work and training.

It will be a lot of hard work Noah!

The next day Noah started training. He ran and ran and ran and ran....

then dribbled and dribbled and dribbled...

then shot and shot and shot. Noah did this everyday until the new season of basketball started.
