The local bakery baked and sold many yummy treats. The most popular ones were cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, and ice cream. Many people came to the local bakery and loved the kind service they had. But everyone` s favorite part was the jelly cakes. Cakes filled with raspberry, grape or strawberry filling. They were a fine treat for parties or weddings. A delightful treat for anyone!

Sometimes the local bakery had events. Anyone who bought 100 or more of a bakery good would receive a dozen jelly cupcakes. Jelly cupcakes were very rare. They were only handed out on events.

People sometimes were jealous of the people who received the cupcakes. But they, also, would get the yummy dessert if their complaining went too far. The local bakery really did deserve a spotlight.

"What are we going to do today?", a little girl asked her mother. They were on vacation and the little girl wanted to see everything she could tour. They obviously went to the local bakery. Miss sugar, the head bakery worker, adored the girl. Miss Sugar had no idea what this girl would do in a couple years.

The girl purchased cinnamon sticks. She loved making cinnamon pies and other desserts. As her mother payed, the girl looked around the bakery. There were so many customers! So many tables! The girl knew, maybe someday, she could open a bakery. There would be soooo many customers.

Three years later, the girl (her name was Gabrielle), went to the bakery. She was surprised to see a sign that said: CLOSED:OUT OF BUSNEISS on the door. She was so bummed, that Gabrielle shouted at her mother. Gabrielle sadly walked home.

Gabrielle was sooooo frustrated that she packed up her most valuable things, grabbed her toy dessert play set and marched downstairs.
