Oh no!!! As Cooper woke up he looked out the window with a big frown on his face. The whole coast of North Carolina was filled with miles of trash. He rushed down the stairs and out the front door. As He came towards the ocean he saw dead fish floating at the very top of the water. He thought to himself about the more than 1 million species living the ocean. He also thought about how many things revolve around the ocean. Today, more than 70 percent of earth is covered by oceans. He knows an ocean is a marine biome that is covered in water with lots of biodiversity.

OH NO!!!

Cooper decided to get a better look at the water, so he set out on his boat. He was hoping he didn't see any sharks because they're as fast as lightning. After a long ride he geared up with all his scuba equipment then he jumped right of the side of the boat with a big plop!!! Once he was in the water he felt scared, but at the same time amazed about all the biotic factors he found in the ocean. Cooper now knew why people know more about space than they do about the ocean. Cooper thought about how all these fish would survive in all this pollution.

Cooper was so eager to go down deeper because he knew the ocean can be as deep as 7 miles, but when he did he spilled the beans. He was looking eye to eye with a great white shark. He was so scared that the only thing he could think about is how fast a great white shark is. They swim super fast, or should I say they are bullet fast. Cooper had no idea what to do. This was the worst day of Cooper's life.
