Kamusta. Im Nico. I am currently working in a mine to find copper. The Tampakan copper gold mine is located in the Southern Philippines

Copper products is one of the main exports in the Philippines.

One day the mine closed due to natural causes. Nico's income got lower due to the mine closing.

Nico's income was 80,000 filipino peso's. Now it is 65,000 peso's.

Since Nico's income went down to 65,000 dollars, his tax's went down to 15%. When his income was 80,000 pesos his tax was 20%.

Since the mine went down, the production of copper has greatly decreased.

The mine is back and running. Nico is able to get back to work. His income is back up to 80,000 pesos. BUT, the tax increased to 20%.
