If you give Hitler Germany,
He's going to want an army.

In 1935, Hitler expanded the German army from 100,000 to 500,000. He also created a brand new air force; both of which violated the treaty of Versailles.

If you give Hitler an army, he's going to want the Rhineland.

In 1936, Hitler saw the Rhineland as a reasonable German territory, and annexed it. The world's reaction was just telling Hitler not to do it again. This process was called 'appeasement.'

And that's exactly what he did.
If you give Hitler the Rhineland,
He's going to want to form an alliance/axis among the central powers stretching from Berlin to Rome

Up to this point and beyond, the world's reaction has been appeasement. Hitler would continue to take more and more even though he wasn't supposed to.
