One day, a little girl named Alyssa was practicing for her recital.




Alyssa loved to dance, and she worked so hard on her routine that she was performing the next weekend.




She was practicing her leap that she had just learned, but she was not jumping as high as she wanted.





It was already very late, and she was very frustrated with herself. She started to give up.
After she stopped trying as hard, she could not jump off the ground at all anymore.

She decided to go to bed since she was no longer able to do her leap as good as she wanted.
The next morning, she decided that she was going to try again. But this time, she will think positive and not give up on herself.




Once Alyssa stretched, she starting practicing her routine and she tried to do her leap again.
