Nutrients
Our body needs nutrients to be healthy and stay alive. > > We need carbohydrates for energy, we get this from foods like bread, pasta and rice.
> We need protein for growth and muscle strength, we get this from foods like cheese, meat and pulses.
> We need fibre and vitamins to keep our bowels healthy, to keep our bones healthy and to keep our teeth healthy and strong. We get this from foods like cereals, fruits and vegetables.
> We need fats to store energy. If you eat to much fatty foods they can make you overweight and unhealthy. Some fats are meats, margarine and fish and veg oil.

Exercise
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed to grow and improve strength and also weight. Some types of exercises are: Push-ups, star-jumps, jumping, jogging, sit-ups, climbing, biking, squats and dancing.

Medicine/drugs
Drugs are very helpful for medical use, for example, antibiotics, when used in little amounts can be helpful but large amounts can harm you. There is a drug called nicotine, this drug is not used for medical use, this drug is a recreational drug used in smoking. Allot of people drink a drug called alcohol, It is drunk in small amounts as it can become addictive. Caffeine is a drug found in tea, coffee and cola allot can be harmful to children as it causes your heart beat to go faster. Morphine is a medical drug used ease pain, it is a highly addictive drug.
