Hello! My name is Kara! I am 6 years old. I am going home to show you how to be healthy like me!

When I come home from school I wash my hands. I pick a healthy snack of Carrots, Apples and peanut butter! Yummy in my Tummy! Do you see healthy fruits and vegetables?

We like to spend time with each other! We talk and play with our toys. Can you see my train? Can you spot the ball?

We eat dinner together every night. Mommy says we must eat a rainbow of colors. Make sure to drink lots of water. Can you find the milk? Can you see the orange carrot?

You need 2 cups of fruits and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables a day!

I like to get out and play an hour a day. All my fruits and vegetables keep me strong and healthy! Do you see the color blue? Can you find the color yellow?

When our teeth are healthy, we are healthy too. Brush your teeth twice a day. See your dentist twice a year!

I take a bath every night. It is part of the 4 B's of bedtime. Brushing, bathing, what do you think is next?

After we brush our teeth and have a bath, we get ready to read a bedtime story and go to bed. The 4 B's keep us healthy. Brushing, Bath, Books and Bed. Make sure to get plenty of sleep! Can you find my books?
