time skip 4 years for his 7th birthday his dad took him on a educational trip to find the boat and learn about ocean current's

so they set off and they sailed off towards the north pacific gyre to look for the boat and saw it traveling towards the canary cold front and the boys dad explained how the currents there on right now work
