Jessica's mom asked "What do you want for dinner tonight?"
"Can we order pizza tonight?" Jessica asked.
"It's not best to have pizza for dinner every night." Jessica's mom said.

"Why can't we have pizza a bunch of times? It's yummy!" Said Jessica.
"Pizza isn't really healthy. It doesn't give you the nutrients, minerals and vitamins that your body needs to grow big and strong." Mom said.

"So, pizza isn't healthy?" Jessica asked.

"Pizza has tons of calories, fat and grease in it. Those things make your body slow down and take your energy. The right foods help your body to function right, give you energy, and help you to grow big and strong." Jessica's mom said.
