The internet protocols we will be explaining today are:
TCP/IP, SMTP ,POP3, HTTP , HTTPS , SSH , FTP , SFTP , SCP , TELNET

So, what is HTTP/HTTPS?

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS,
FOR TODAY'S FLIP CLASS, I HAVE CHOSEN
"SMTP" AND "SFTP" AS MY TOPICS.
SO, even though these topics seem very
similar they are completely different.
Let's begin with the full forms.
" SMTP " stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
" SFTP " stands for Secure File transfer protocol
BY ANARGHA
Now we will deal with what SMTP IS
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a TCP/IP protocol used in sending
and receiving e-mail. It lets the user save messages in a server mailbox and download them periodically from the server.SMTP works as a three-step process, using a client/server model. First, an e-mail server uses SMTP to send a message from an e-mail client, such as Outlook or Gmail, to an e-mail server. Second, the e-mail server uses SMTP as a relay service to send the e-mail to the receiving e-mail server. Third, the receiving server uses an e-mail client to download incoming mail via IMAP and place it in the inbox of the recipient.

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is a file protocol for transferring large files over the web.The SFTP ensures that all files are transferred in an encrypted format. It firstly establishes a secure connection and then provides a higher level of protection for data while transferring it. It makes use of different encryptions that help in moving the data and ensures that data is unread which is being processed.

And that's all about SMTP and SFTP.
My groups members will be explaining further on other protocols.
SSH by Rassha
Now let us see what is SSHS....
Secure Shell (SSH) is a cryptographic network protocol for operating network services securely over an unsecured network. Typical applications include remote command-line, login, and remote command execution, but any network service can be secured with SSH.

What is SSH used for?
SSH is typically used to log into a remote machine and execute commands, but it also supports tunneling, forwarding TCP ports and X11 connections; it can transfer files using the associated SSH file transfer (SFTP) or secure copy (SCP) protocols. SSH uses the client-server model.
