An ELECTRTIC CHARGE is the property of matter that causes it to experience a force when being in an electromagnetic field. There are two different types of electric charge: positive and negative. Like charges repel each other and opposites attract.

An ELECTRIC CURRENT is the rate of flow of electric charge past a certain area. An electric current begins when there is a flow of electric charge through a region. Electric charge is powered by charged particles, so an electric current is a flow of charged particles through wires.

ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT
An ELECTRIC CIRCUIT is the path for transmitting the electric current. An electric circuit is a small device that gives energy to the charged particles to start the current, such as a battery.
A CONDUCTOR is a material that allows an electric current to pass through it. Some of the best and most common conductors are:
- silver.
- copper.
- gold.
- aluminum.
- iron.
- steel.
- brass.
- bronze.

CONDUCTORS

INSULATORS
An INSULATOR is a substance or device which does not readily conduct electricity. If something is an insulator, very little amount of electrical current will flow through it.
INCOMPLETE CIRCUIT

An INCOMPLETE CIRCUIT is a circuit where the path has been interrupted or "opened" at some point. When there is an incomplete circuit, that electrical current will not flow.
COMPLETE CIRCUIT

A COMPLETE CIRCUIT is a complete loop with electricity flowing the way it's supposed to flow with no problems. A complete circuit flows from the battery, to the component, and back to the battery again.

A circuit that is composed of components connected in a series is known as a SERIES CIRCUIT. In a similar way, something connected completely in parallel is known as a PARALLEL CIRCUIT. In these parallel circuits and series circuits, they connect in paths so that the current can split up while still giving the same voltage is applied to each component.
