There he was, standing in front of Tony, looking as dangerous as ever.     

They were in the jungle full of vibrant green trees, where light was peeking through the leaves. 

Tony the Tiger was a cheerful and playful character.  Everyone in the jungle loved him, except for Meldrum.  Meldrum the monkey was a very sneaky animal who liked causing trouble in the jungle.  He kept making fun of poor Tony, but two of Tony’s most trustworthy friends always stuck up for him.

To be a kind friend, Tony offered Meldrum to come and cool off with him and his friends at the waterfall. Meldrum refused because he didn’t trust Tony. He thought he would get eaten!

The other animals said that Tony was a kind, trustworthy tiger and he would never hurt anyone.

Meldrum didn’t think that he was trustworthy, so he set up a plan to try and reveal a dark side about Tony.

His first step of the cunning plan was to make fun of Tony for not having vibrant fur.

 Meldrum teased “Ha ha your coat is not very colourful, why?”.
