Also, I dedicated this journal to my self to witnessed my everyday decision and it will serve as receipt that I can look back anytime even when I'm old.

I really want to learn how to cook but recently I've become lazy. Not until today, I decided to cook for our lunch. I cooked chicken adobo for my younger brother and I also prepared low-carb palabok. I was so happy to feel the same joy while cooking. Cooking is therapeutic to me but due to some school responsibilities I somehow forgot the things that make me happy and I'm glad to be back on track.
Day 15: February 1

7:30 AM is the start of our class in psycho-spiritual handled by Prof. Carl Dellomos. It’s super early for me because I’m not a morning person. I woke up at 7:20 in the morning. I’m torn between whether I should go to sleep or wake up to attend our meeting. I’m super lazy and sleepy, suddenly my mom calls me from her store just to remind me that I have class. After the call, I cried because if I’m tired because of schoolwork, she is much too tired just to earn money for our everyday living. I stand up, immediately brush my teeth, and wash my face then attend my class a minute before it was started.
Day 16: February 2

I went to my mom’s store just to surprise her and check her if she’s okay. After checking on her I leave and go home. I decided to walk because I want to sweat because I feel like I’m always sitting doing schoolworks. I chose to walk for a healthy purpose because in my 7 dimensions I neglected my physical dimension which is correlated on the values of wellness and overall health. I assured them that I’m safe because in our place there’s only minimal people outside their house, only not on the sidewalk. And kept wearing my face mask and face shield even though I struggled to breathe. Walking for only 20 mins but I feel good.
Day 17: February 3

I decided to engage myself in working out because I feel good doing that also it helps me to think freshly after. Aside from that, During VE2 we asked about our filipino values that can be used to develop the Filipino nation. Sadly, I wasn’t called but I have an answer on my mind so I’ll put it here otherwise. The Filipino value was Kabutihang- Loob. I believe that goodness is innate to us, it only needs some motivation for us to perform it. If everyone practiced kabutihang- loob in all circumstances, our nation would be much peaceful as could be. If those in higher positions regarded their own interest for the sake of kabutihang-loob, everyone has their own food on their table because everyone cares for each other.
