     Includes the following ideas:

               > Theories

               > Research Methods

               > Postulates 

               > Standards and Values

                    > a proper set of values and                                            methods

                        > teach to appreciate 

                        > decisions by learners                                                     throughout instruction

                        > how to make people learn and

New Paradigm should: 

> have flexible guidelines

>absorb current theory  

Learner Should:                

>  be given incentive (self-direction)

>  work in teams on real world tasks

>  be allowed to use diverse methods

>  utilize technology
