Introduction
The tundra biome is located around the northern and southern parts of the world. Tundra has three regions that are called the Arctic Tundra, Alpine Tundra, and the Antarctic Tundra. The tundra is -6° to -34° Celcius and is known for its cold temperature. Wildlife has learned to adapt to the tundra biome. The animals that have adapted to the tundra include foxes, hares, and bears. Tundra is filled with many mysteries and there is yet to things discovered.
Location
The tundra biome is located in high-altitude points. Tundra does not receive much precipitation which makes it a desert. It only gets six to ten weeks of average temperature which is time for the plant's growth. The soil in the Tundra is either permafrost or soil that is frozen. The features of the tundra lead to many adaptations to the abiotic and biotic factors in the biome. Living in the tundra has many restrictions and harsh conditions.

Animals
The animals in the Tundra biome by adapting to its nature and climate. For example, the animal has learned to change its fur according to the temperature in the biome. They have also learned to observe what types of food the biome produces and what predators to avoid. When the animals do not have enough food they use the fat in their body to cover up for the missing food in their body. The animals live through extreme conditions to survive and are one of the hardest workers in the ecosystem.

Plants
Many plants have to go through excruciating pain to live in the tundra biome. The plants adapted waxy leaves to preserve water. The plants also adapt fuzzy hairs to fight against the climate. Typically the plants in the tundra are six to eight inches long. Leaves are shaped like ovals and have pointy edges. Plants in the biome only get six to ten weeks of average temperature. This is the time for the plant's growth. Plants adjust to the climate by making new features to their body.

Abiotic Factors
Abiotic factors are nonliving but have a big impact on the biome. Permafrost is soil that has been frozen and is not able to grow plants. This affects the biome because of the decrease in arable areas to farm plants. Tundra does not receive much precipitation which can lead to a drought in the biome. With a little amount of sunlight, the plants don't have many opportunities for their growth. Abiotic factors have a big impact on the biome.
