Toby the sea turtle is staying over with his grandfather, Papa Ted, for the weekend.

They go out for a swim one day and they meet up with Papa Ted's friend named Mr. Tony.

Toby asks, "What's that necklace you're wearing?"

Tony replies with a chuckle saying, "This isn't a necklace. This is a piece of plastic that humans use to hold bottles together."

"Why do you wear it?" Toby asked. Mr. Tony replies, "I wish I could take it off. I was swimming one day and it got stuck around my neck."

Toby responded wondering, "Well who put the plastic in the water?"

Mr. Tony giggled while Papa Ted said, "Let me show you something my boy," as they waved goodbye to Mr. Tony and went out to sea.

They swim to the surface and peek their heads above the water looking at the people on the beach. The two turtles look at all of the people, throwing their bottles and garbage on the beach.
