What is electrical charge?
Electrical Charge is a physical property of matter that causes it to experience a force when placed in an electromagnetic field.
There are 2 types of electricity: Positive & Negative
_ Electrons
+ Protons
What is an electrical current?
An Electrical Current is the flow of electric charge.
For example, it is the electricity that is carried in a wire.

What is an electrical circuit?
An Electrical Circuit is a path in which electrons from a voltage or current source flow.
It is a source that holds electrons!
Circuits need a battery or an outlet to flow.

What are conductors of electricity?
Conductors of Electricity are materials where electrical currents can pass.
Metals are great conductors!

What is an electrical insulator?
An Electrical Insulator is a material whose internal electric charges do not flow freely.
For example, people sometimes put covers over their outlets to protect little kids from sticking anything into them. This way, they won't get electrocuted.

What is an incomplete circuit?
An Incomplete Circuit is a circuit where no current flows.
For example, when a switch to a light bulb is turned on, no current will flow, but when the light bulb is turned off, current will flow.

What is a complete circuit?
A Complete Circuit is a complete path of electric current.
For example, when a switch to light bulb is turned on, it will turn on, and when it is turned off, it will turn off.

What is a series circuit?
A Series Circuit when a current through each of the components is the same.
For example, when one light goes out on Christmas light bulbs, they will all go out.

No lights because one of the Christmas light bulbs went out :-(
What is a parallel circuit?
A Parallel Circuit is when the voltage across each component is different.
For example, when one bulb to Christmas lights goes out, the rest will stay on.
