It was a beautiful day. The birds were chirping and the sun was shinning bright. A perfect day for Mother Duck to lay her eggs.

Mother Duck found a comfortable spot by a pond to lay her eggs.

She laid six eggs.

A few days have passed, yet, Mother Duck's eggs were still unhatched. Suddenly, she noticed that one of the eggs was different from the other eggs. She got a little worried.

One fine morning, at last, with a lot of patience, the eggs began to crack. Mother Duck was filled with joy. She was excited to see the ducklings.

All of the ducklings were slowly poking their heads out into the big world. All except for one remained unhatched.
Oh, what beautiful babies I have! I am a lucky mother, indeed. Wait, what happened to the Sixth one?

"Peeep! Peeep! Peeep!

One fine morning, when the egg broke, it revealed a brown coloured duckling.
"Hueet! Hueet! Hueet!

The new duckling was different from its other siblings. It had different coloured feathers and was rather big in size.
None of my other ducklings look like that. This one is perhaps special.
Even with her last duckling looking quite different from her other ducklings, Mother duck treated all of them same.
