1. What is an ecosystem?
An ecosystem is a community of living and
non- living things. There are biotic factors like animals, plants or humans, and abiotic factors like water or air.
There exist two types of ecosystems:
-The terrestrials like grasslands, rainforests and deserts .
-The aquatics like oceans, lakes of rivers.

2. How is this ecosystem?
The Pacific Ocean is an aquatic ecosystem and limits with 29 countries and 4 continents. It measures 165,2 million km2 and is between 4280 m and 10924 m of deep. The average temperature of the Pacific Ocean is 17 °C.

3. Living things
Living things are organisms that have cells, grow, reproduce and need water, air and nutrients. In the Pacific Ocean live two types of living things, animals and plants

Animals
-The White shark:
The white shark lives in warm seas of coastal zones. It is the largest predator on earth. They can reach up to 20 feet long. They are very curious and intelligent.

-The squid
The quid is chromatophor. The squid is an invertebrate mollusk and it can have different sizes. It has two tentacles an eight arms. It also has a good view.

The octopus has 8 tentacles, it can change its color, is hasn't skeleton, it is medium and it eats small animals that live in the ocean.
