An ecosystem is a natural place and it is a community of living and non-living things. Ecosystems give us some benefits for example, cleaning air, giving food and water. There are two sizes of ecosystems, the micro and the messo, and two different types, the aquatics and the terrestrials.
How is this ecosystem?
The Amazon rainforest is a terrestrial ecosystem and it is in 9 countries which are Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Guiana, French Guiana and Suriname. The weather in the Amazon rainforest is wet, warm and sometimes cold. It rains 4 days a week and there is 83% of humidity.
2.How is this ecosystem?
The Amazon rainforest is a terrestrial ecosystem and it is in 9 countries which are Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Guiana, French Guiana and Suriname. The weather in the Amazon rainforest is wet, warm and sometimes cold. It rains 4 days a week and there is 83% of humidity.
3. Living things:
Living things are organisms that have cells, grow, reproduce and need water, air or nutrients to survive.
In the Amazon rainforest live two types of living things, the animals and the plants.







-Animals
The macaw
The macaw is a bird that has a colorful plumage. Macaws can eat everything except avocado, parsley and chocolate because they are omnivores. Macaws can live 80-100 years, they have a good amount of life!

The jaguar
The jaguar is a very smart terrestrial animal and it is a mammal. It has yellow and brown fur, 4 legs, big claws and strong fangs. Also, it likes to swim a lot.
The blue morpho butterfly
The blue morpho butterfly is smaller than a black caiman. The blue morpho butterfly has two blue wings with white dots.
